Lucas Drigues is a Makeup & Hair Artist based in Toronto, Canada.
Born and raised in Brazil, I was fascinated with the vibrant art and beauty around me. especially performing arts. With nearly a decade of experience, I’ve worked on photoshoots, film, TV, bridal, opera, theatre, and beauty with notable TV personalities like Melissa Grelo, Traci Melchor, Tyrone Edwards, Cynthia Loyst, Anne-Marie Mediwake, Lindsey Deluce, Kelsey McWewen, Lainey Lui & Andrea Bain.
In 2015, with Mona Magalhaes in Rio De Janeiro I worked on many theatrical productions and learned all about wig styling and makeup application.
In 2017, I moved to Toronto to further develop my artistry, studying at CMU (College of Makeup Art & Design) in areas like hair, fashion, film, TV, special FX, prosthetics, and sculpture. Shortly after, I began working with Charlotte Tilbury Cosmetics, where I grew from associate to lead artist and eventually took on a managerial role.
In 2022, I wanted to advance my career in a more creative outlet and seeked out a job in the entertainment industry. I continue to work as a full time makeup artist for Bell Media, specifically on CTV’s Your Morning and The Social — two of Canada’s leading daytime network shows.
For me, makeup is a powerful form of expression. Using colors, shapes, light, and shadows, I aim to enhance and transform, always bringing out the best version of each individual. This is my passion.
